Each year, ISCS welcomes distinguished young scholars to engage with resident faculty in academic rigor in our nation’s capital. This year we have an exceptional cohort of pre doctoral fellows from other top universities across the country who will be joining PhD. candidates in residence at George Washington in our offices at the Elliott School. These up and coming academics have already produced substantial contributions to the fields of international relations and security policy, and we are excited to support their work further.
