Michael Chase's new article, "Chinese Perceptions of and Responses to US Conventional Military Power"

Michael Chase, senior political scientist at the RAND Corporation and a participant in the ISCS Carnegie-funded project on U.S. nuclear strategy toward China, published "Chinese Perceptions of and Responses to US Conventional Military Power" in Asian Security.
