Harper

Ambassador Keith M. Harper

Ambassador (ret.) Keith Harper is currently a Non-Resident Fellow at ISCS and Partner ar Kilpatrick, Townsend & Stockton LLP.  Previously he served as the United States Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the U.N. Human Rights Council from 2014 to 2017. He also served as Commissioner on the President’s Commission on White House Fellows from 2010 to 2014. As an adjunct professor he has taught law at the Catholic University Columbus School of Law and the American University Washington College of Law. He is a graduate of NYU School of Law and receieved his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
 
 

Limage Simon Limage

Simon Limage is currenlty a Non-Resident Fellow at ISCS and the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Nonproliferation Programs in the State Department's Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation. Previously Mr. Limage served as Congresswoman Ellen Tauscher's Chief of Staff. He handled her Armed Services Committee portfolio and managed her legislative team. Before his meaningful time in the Senate, he was a research assistant at the United States Institute of Peace. He holds a Master in Foreign Service and a Masters in History from Georgetown University, as well as a B.S. in International Relations and a B.A. in history from Tufts University.
